Our Caregivers

We ensure that each worker is passionate about caring, understands, and practices our care philosophy through a rigorous internal recruitment procedure. At MCS, we only hire dependable, compassionate, sensitive, and trustworthy people since we feel that working in the care industry entails much more than just a job.

Our caregivers receive in-depth training on the requirements and preferences of the individual they are assigned to look after. This is based on the support plan that our client and I agreed upon.

The fact that we regularly supervise, monitor, and evaluate our personnel helps us ensure that we are consistently giving the greatest standards of assistance to our carers, and ultimately our service users, which helps us maintain such high care standards. We have procedures in place that allow us to address complaints from any of our service users about a caregiver quickly and professionally.

Moving and handling, equipment use, safeguarding and protecting persons who are vulnerable, personal hygiene and respect for others while receiving care, infection control, nutrition and food hygiene, and prescription assistance are all included in this. Our caregivers complete our whole training programme on an annual basis and as needed to keep their knowledge and abilities current.
